Sorted the user box

Changed the colours for the links in the bottom bars.

What we are going to do

Ok, one last thing to do, before i call it a day.

The links in the page content, and the top section are both green.
I want to keep the top ones green, but get the page content ones back to blue.

Just to be a pain, I am going to put any further changes, below the existing css code. This is because i have forgotten what i have already done, and i need the code to over write any existing code. So to see the changes, look right at the bottom of the code in the edit box.
