What we have done.
Here you will see the way i have got all the boxes to marry up as i want them to be.
The footer and license code is unchanged
In the side bar, you will see most of the text is blue, and is hard to read.
We need to change that before we go much further, so we don't get lost!
Fortunately the hover colour is white, so if you point your mouse over the links, you will be able to see them.
What we are going to do
You will also see white space from the bottom of the side bar, to the footers. we don't want that (oh, all right then "I" don't want that). Because we have the blocks set right, we can change the background colour of the "content wrap" to black, to fill that space in.
We also need to attend to the Nav top bar, which i would like across the page, and coloured black.
I'm also going to make the page thinner, as it was earlier.
